Thinking by doing to produce strategic innovations
MIND has two central agendas:
1) to increase the quality/potential of ideas to a level that challenges industry conventions, and
2) to lower the threshold of experimentation.

Thinking by Doing

The inherent aim of all our actions is to produce strategic innovations, i.e. innovation in the manner the entire organization operates. Strategic innovations cannot be created purely through careful planning; the information to create the innovation does not readily exist, but has to be created through action. Therefore, MIND is driven by a ‘thinking by doing’ mentality. We iterate swiftly between theory and practice, building knowledge and spreading it into academia and industry through active participation in both.
