Researcher, Point of View Prototyper

Reetta’s priority in MIND is to create expertise in developing industry challenging concepts (mostly in the fields of service design or social design) and transform the developed ideas into experiences. She is eager to apply designerly way of thinking and design methods in areas which are not traditionally associated with design to create new knowledge.

Reetta holds a Degree of Master of Arts in Design and has also done Master studies in Architectural Lighting Design in Sweden. She is particularly interested in conceptual design in intangible level varying from entire infrastructures to details when designing new services or challenging mental structures of society. Her personal research interest areas are instant experimentation and service prototyping in all its dimensions.
